Standard

Garden villas project is realized in good standard. All materials used, landscaping and furnishings are of high quality, durable and environmentally friendly. All is appropriately complemented by French windows and large openable glass walls, which provide for maximum illumination of apartments and optical interconnection of the interior with the exterior.

 

Floating floors in the living areas shall be finished with a laminate flooring. Furnishings and all the tiles are chosen from quality brands. Large-scale French windows with peripheral fittings and triple isolation glazing. Security doors 2+ and interior doors with full glare and lined casing. Home has a central heating with steel laminar bodies and bathroom ladder heaters. Each apartment is equipped with a calorimeter for measuring heat consumption.
